PROJECT 1 MENTORING AND TUTORING

Optimists want to pay it forward and help our next generation. One way they can do is by being a mentor to a young person. This can happen in many ways and can include mentoring and special tutoring in a field of interest such as writing and music.

PROJECT 2 HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Optimist Club Dubai is dedicated to helping make the holidays be a happier time for the children of workers in Dubai but creating free, fun festive events that they can attend and providing gifts when a family is unable to do so. We are also providing break-the-fast foods for workers during the Ramadan Holy month.

PROJECT 3 FREE LIBRARIES

Optimist Club Dubai is committed to building free libraries for communities and especially young people in developing regions of the Philippines and beyond. To do so we are entering into partnerships with local communities for space and creating book drives.

PROJECT 4 ORPHANGES

We will provide material and other support to orphanages in Nepal and beyond and monitor the well being of children in these homes helping in whatever way we can.

PROJECT 5 STREET DONATIONS

Optimist Club Dubai is providing support to partners in India and Africa who are delivering food, clothes, bedding and toys to the homeless including homeless children in these areas.

PROJECT 6 FROM CHILD TO ADULT

Optimist Club Networking events will allow adults to meet together for feel good events to brainstorm ways to give back and help others while also allowing the children of members to get to know each other and foster new friendships with positive minded peers.
